Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Joyce Knits And Sews LLC.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased directly from Joyce Knits And Sews LLC or authorized resellers. Joyce Knits And Sews LLC does not offer a warranty for products sold on the secondary market.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Joyce Knits And Sews LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Joyce Knits And Sews LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, replace the Product, or refund the purchase price.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Joyce Knits And Sews LLC is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship including, but not limited to:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Theft or loss of the product
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Damages and issues
Check for any visible damage that may have occurred in shipping. If there is damage, the first course of action should be to contact the carrier. Contact us at joyceknitsandsews@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns.
Returns
If you find it necessary to return a product to us, please email us at joyceknitsandsews@gmail.com. We do charge a 25 percent restocking fee. The refund may also be prorated depending upon our inspection for any damage to the product. Returns are only considered if they are less than 60 days from the date of purchase.
